By using ArtisanForge ("the Platform"), you agree to the following terms.

Service Description

ArtisanForge is a free, gamified educational platform for learning PHP and the Laravel framework. The platform provides courses, lessons, coding exercises, and an AI-powered tutoring companion.

User Accounts

To access the platform, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

User Conduct

You agree to:

• Use the platform for lawful educational purposes only
• Not attempt to exploit, hack, or abuse the code execution system
• Not spam, harass, or disrupt other users
• Not scrape, crawl, or bulk-download platform content

Code Execution

The platform provides sandboxed code execution for exercises. All user code is executed in isolated environments. You agree not to attempt to escape the sandbox, access system resources, or execute malicious code.

Intellectual Property

All course content, lesson materials, exercise designs, character art, and platform code are the property of ArtisanForge. You retain ownership of code you write in exercises, but grant us a non-exclusive license to store and process it for platform functionality.

AI Tutor (Pip)

The AI tutor provides educational guidance using a Socratic method. AI responses are generated content and may occasionally contain inaccuracies. The AI tutor is not a substitute for professional instruction.

Limitation of Liability

ArtisanForge is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to: data loss, service interruptions, or inaccuracies in educational content.

Free Service

ArtisanForge is currently offered for free. We reserve the right to introduce paid features in the future, but existing free content will remain accessible.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
